Mike and Jess was the first couple to book me for a 2009 wedding way back in October of 2008. I was so excited to finally be able to photograph their wedding!  Ashley from Up Do’s for I do’s was there to make the ladies look fabulous! I am always glad to see her there because I know they will look flawless in the photographs! Jess was super creative and made all of her own flower arrangements…can you tell if they are real?  Mike teared up as Jess walked down the isle and made everyone… including myself cry. The ceremony was in one of the darkest churches I have ever photographed in which was a challenge to do without flash.  I loved the marble reflections of the two of them on the altar and the candlelit feel of the ceremony.   Mike and Jess had tons of creative elements to their wedding. There was a fantastic cupcake display, a honeymoon apron dance, the bouquet toss and garter toss had prizes for the lucky catcher,  and Jess’ mom made these fantastic chocolate covered oreos as favors!! It was so great being there for you on your wedding day! I hope your honeymoon is going swimmingly and I look forward to showing you the rest of the photos!!  Congrats you two!!

It couldn’t have been a more gorgeous fall day for Jeremy and Amanda’s wedding.  I was completely blown away at her Mother’s backyard!  There was light trickling through the trees, a gorgeous pergola for them to stand under, a bridge over a pond, and a wild field of flowers. Amanda’s dress was perfect for her and her fantastic little head piece framed her face beautifully!  I always love to be there to capture the tears as well as the laughter and there were plenty of both at this wedding. Amanda has a fantastic laugh and I photographed many fun guffawing moments throughout the day. Absolute Entertainment kept the party going  and did a fantastic job as usual! I left at 9:30 everyone was up on the dance floor going crazy so who knows what I missed later in the evening.   Can’t wait to get the rest of the photos up on line for you to see and I hope you two have a fantastic honeymoon!
